How to choose a suitable dispensing needle for a dispensing machine?

The dispensing machine is also known as the coating machine, dropping machine, gluing machine, pouring machine, etc., specially for the control of the fluid. And the fluid drips, coating on the surface of the product or the product inside the automatic machine, can achieve three-dimensional, four-dimensional path dispensing glue, accurate positioning, precise control of glue, no wire-drawing, no leakage of glue, no drop of glue.Glue dispensing machine is mainly used in the product process of glue, paint and other liquid precise point, note, coating, drop to the precise position of each product, can be used to realize dot, line, circle or arc.

How to choose a dispensing needle?

1.Four rules: small point -- small glue needle, low pressure, short time big point -- large glue needle, large pressure, long time thick glue -- inclined needle, large pressure, set the time as needed water liquid -- small needle, small pressure, set the time as needed.

2.Fluid requiring special Settings:

(1) instant glue: for water-based instant glue, use safety piston and teflon lined metal needle; for thickening instant glue, use tapered oblique needle; for flexibility, use pp needle.

(2) uv adhesive: use amber syringe, white piston and inclined needle (can block uv rays).

(3) uv-curing adhesive: black opaque syringe, white piston, uv shielding needle.

(4) anaerobic adhesive: use 10cc syringe and white PE universal piston.

(5) sealant and paste fluid: if the white piston rebound is serious, please use the safety live type, use the oblique needle.
