The selection of nozzle factors include flow, pressure, spray Angle, coverage, impact, temperature, material, application, etc., and these factors are often mutually implicated and mutually restricted.Flow and pressure, spray Angle and coverage are proportional to each other.The purpose of any nozzle is to maintain continuous contact between the tank and the workpiece. Flow rate is more important than pressure.The temperature of the liquid does not affect the spray performance of the nozzle, but it affects the viscosity and specific gravity, as well as the choice of materials.
Selection of nozzle material
The material of the nozzle shall also be determined according to the chemical characteristics of the bath:
1. The non-corrosive tank solution can be cast by bronze or plastic according to the processing difficulty;
2. Nonmetallic materials can be used to prevent corrosion;
3. Strong corrosive bath fluids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid can be made of nylon plastic;
4. The nozzle material used for phosphating bath is generally acid-resistant stainless steel;

Nozzle selection method
