The selection process of nozzle is described in detail
Because the nozzle is designed according to its work in a variety of different spray conditions, so choose suitable nozzle to need, in order to achieve the best spray performance in use.The characteristics of the nozzle are mainly reflected in the spray type of the nozzle, that is, the shape formed when the liquid leaves the nozzle and its performance.The nozzles are named as fan-shaped, conical, liquid column flow (i.e. jet), air atomization and flat nozzles in the shape of spray.
The selection of nozzle factors include flow, pressure, spray Angle, coverage, impact, temperature, material, application, etc., and these factors are often mutually implicated and mutually restricted.Flow and pressure, spray Angle and coverage are proportional to each other.The purpose of any nozzle is to maintain continuous contact between the tank and the workpiece. Flow rate is more important than pressure.The temperature of the liquid does not affect the spray performance of the nozzle, but it affects the viscosity and specific gravity, as well as the choice of materials.
Selection of nozzle material
The material of the nozzle shall also be determined according to the chemical characteristics of the bath:
1. The non-corrosive tank solution can be cast by bronze or plastic according to the processing difficulty;
2. Nonmetallic materials can be used to prevent corrosion;
3. Strong corrosive bath fluids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid can be made of nylon plastic;
4. The nozzle material used for phosphating bath is generally acid-resistant stainless steel;
5, the nozzle to prevent corrosion can also be directly selected stainless steel or nylon material production.
Nozzle selection method
The nozzle with a certain impact force should be selected small Angle nozzle, liquid column flow (namely jet) as the best;
Fan-shaped nozzles are suitable for cleaning, degreasing, cooling, etc. Conical nozzles are suitable for bleaching, surface layer, phosphating, humidifying, dust removal, etc.
For the nozzles in degreasing and washing processes, the injection nozzles with strong impact force can be selected. Take the "V" type, i.e. fan nozzle, as an example, the injection Angle is 60°, which is the best and has a large impact force.
For the nozzle in phosphating process, the centrifugal nozzle with good atomization, fine and uniform water particle and weak impact force can be selected: Taking the "Z" type, namely the conical nozzle, as an example, the optimal distance between the nozzle and the workpiece is 40cm ~ 50cm, which has the function of dispersing and spraying liquid atomization.
