S45C Baseplate Roughness Process

The material is: S45C, Aluminum with Ni&Zn coating.
This the rougness process to drill and mill. Usually 1 week schedule for this part. Sometime is with hard anodizing.
For this big size parts, it must be packed with the strict package to protect the flatness and surface, also strict require during the process.
