Straight Ejector Pins
HG Precison Nitrided Straight Ejector Pins are made from the finest grade of H-13 hotwork die steel. The heads are hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength. Diameters are precision ground to a high surface finish (6-10 rms) and .0003" tolerance.

Material: H-13 Hot Work Die Steel
Core: Hardened Throughout to 40 +/-5 HRC
Surface: Ion Nitrided to 65-74 HRC
