Precision hard alloy punching mold components:
Material are about VF series: VF10&VF20 is for IC punching and trimming, VM Series: VM20&VM30 is for deep drawing mold and thickness metal plate piercing, normal pressure forging mold an machinery components; VC series: VC50&VC60 is for special forging mold.
The tolerance can meet is 0.001mm grinding high accuracy; mirror surface grinding, and with TiN, TiCN, TIALN, DLC surface coating.
Hard alloy components are long time and anti-abrasive material, and with precision weld and insert into mold usage, to improve the mold stability.
