A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

A: We have QC department to control the quality from the beginning of production until goods finish.
Q: How can we do if the sample is not good?
A: Firstly, we will analyse what's the problem. If is our production fault, we will arrange re-production as first time or refund the money. If it's the problem of customer's drawing, we will negotiate further. Any problem can be solved with negotiation.
