Detail the main points of quality inspection in the nozzle
Nozzles need to be repaired, checked, cleaned and even replaced regularly to ensure the quality of the final product and to maintain the economic benefits of the production process.The manner and frequency of maintenance procedures depend on the purpose.The maintenance plan can be arranged according to the use, liquid and nozzle material.
There are seven common causes of nozzle spray problems:
A) corrosion and wear: the material on the surface of the nozzle nozzle and the internal flow channel gradually becomes larger or deformed, thereby affecting the flow rate, pressure and spray shape.
B) corrosion: the spray or environmental chemical action causes corrosion to destroy the nozzle material.
C) blocking: dirt or other impurities in the liquid block the nozzle orifice, thereby limiting the flow of the nozzle and interfering with the spray shape and uniformity.
D) bonding: splashing, fog or chemical accumulation on the material inside or outside the nozzle orifice caused by liquid evaporation can leave a dry solidification layer and block the nozzle orifice or internal flow passage.
E) temperature damage: overheating may cause damage to nozzle materials designed for non-high temperature purposes.
F) incorrect installation: the washer deviating from the axis, excessive tightening or other problems of changing position can have adverse effects.
G) accidental damage: during installation and cleaning, damage to the nozzle may be accidentally caused by using incorrect tools.
