Remark: Non-standard parts is manufactured by JG, and coating is Ticn

2. Eyebrow shape hold die coating is TIN

3. Rivet hole punch & die mold are tungsten steel and HRA 93 Degree, with 150 million usage life time. with tungsten Ticn coating.

4. The lower mold cores is SKD11, HRC59 Degree, Ra0.2

5. The lower preroll mold base material is SKD11, with Ra0.4, flatness is 0.003mm, position is 0.003mm, is non-standard hold and pin-hole is manufacture by JG and with cryogenic treatment.
