3: liquid phase sintering stage (eutectic temperature -- sintering temperature) : When the sintered body appears liquid phase, the shrinkage is quickly completed, followed by the crystallization transformation, forming the basic structure and structure of the alloy.
4: Cooling stage (sintering temperature-room temperature) : In this stage, the microstructure and phase composition of tungsten steel will change with the different cooling conditions. This feature can be used to conduct heat treatment on tungsten steel to improve its physical and mechanical properties.
5. Stress relief: The sintered tungsten steel has uneven internal stress, line cutting is easy to crack.Usually the sintered tungsten steel needs to be cryogenically cooled for 6~8 hours, eliminating 80% of the interior
Above internal stress.Residual stress can be eliminated by natural aging or cryogenic storage in refrigerator for more than 7 days.
