The WEDM machine tolerance can reach 0.001mm, and the CNC machines can produce 2.18m length mold plate, about the assembly, we have the assembly workshop with constant temperature and humidity, to ensure the mold parts precision not deformation and stress.

The material of mold components:

Tungsten Steel: KG4; SKD11; SAP-60; ASP-23. etc.
The mold components can make sure the accuracy: rotor and stator is below 0.05mm, concentricity below 0.05mm.
