Production Description:

It is about base plate, slide plate, guide, block, shaft, collar, clamping, cover, block& lock pin, pusher, ratchet wheel, install panel, support, holder, bracket and including automotive LED Unit gauge, and fixture, components accuracy can be +/-0.001mm, flatness is 0.15mm, and automation equipment are elegant appearance by deburr, chamfer and excellent bench work.

The material is:

S45C, S55C, SUJ2, SUS304, SK3,SK4, SKD11, Cr12, 40Cr, NAK55, 45#and A2017, A5052, A7075, A6061, A2017 and A3, Copper, POM, PMMA, SPCC, PET, MC. and so on.

Furthermore, the components coating are:

 Ni&Zn plating, white Oxidation, hard chromium coating , carburize, black coating and so on. 

We product lead time is within 1week, and by standard package with polybag and carton. The quantity 1pc for sample test free.
