Precision Progressive Die Manufacture
At HG PRECISION, we provide quick turnaround and economical CNC machining services to meet your high standard needs for CNC parts. According to your requirements, we can make those parts with tight tolerance, and choose from various kinds of materials and surface treatment. We have the ability to make CNC prototypes, low to large volume of machined parts.
Machining Capability for CNC Machined Parts
We use high advanced CNC turning machine, CNC milling machine, CNC machining center, and combine with the sub-machining process to fulfill all kinds of precision machining work. We take strict quality control system to make sure our machined parts stay at high quality. And we can make CNC machining parts with a maximum size of 0.40m*1.0m (diameter*length), turning tolerance is up to 0.005mm. Our milling capability is to make parts with a maximum size of 0.8*0.6m (length*width), tolerance is up to 0.005mm.
Material for CNC Machined Parts
CNC machined parts can be made from various kinds of materials, such as all kinds of metals, plastics, ceramic, etc. The most common materials used for machining parts include Aluminum, Copper, Stainless Steel, Titan Alloy, Hard Alloy, Teflon, Nylon, PEEK etc. The designer must define the design’s important material characteristics—hardness, rigidity, chemical resistance, heat treatability, and thermal stability, just to name a few. Choose the right material for your parts to meet one or more applications.
Surface finishing for CNC Machined Parts
CNC Machined parts need surface treatment after the whole machining process has finished. There is a wide range of surface finishing technology, some are to improve the appearance of the parts, to make it look good. Some are to enhance the physical, chemical properties of the parts, to make it more corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance etc. The common required surface treatment for machined components are Anodizing, Electroplating, Brushing, Power coating, sandblasting, polishing, laser engraving, etc.
Heat treatment for Steel Machined Parts
Heat treatment is an important process for machinery parts manufacturing, it is mainly applied to steel parts. The purpose of heat treatment is to change the internal structure of steel so as to improve the performance of steel. Through proper heat treatment, the mechanical properties of steel machined parts can be significantly improved, and the service life of machine parts can be greatly prolonged.
