Today received the material from Fedex after customs clearance. The customs duties is around RMB200.00, around 15kg, each 30pcs for 14t mold trial.

The material is after spheroidizing annealing, customer want to see two material stamping result, so we will arrange two material for trial.

After 1week express and 3days customs clearance, material arrived, we arrange the relative machine to stamping.

Some customers may ask: could you trial the mold/tooling material purchase by your side? Sure we can, that can save time and save the express fee, and customs fee. But as different countries material performance is different, many customers perfer to send their material. Though the flow chart is more complex, but this can save customer mold debug time while they start to use it.
