EDM WIRE CUTTING
Wire cutting is a process that uses a brass wire and electric current to profile cut work-pieces. Since wire cutting is a non contact process, hard to machine material such as stainless and titanium, cut easily and without hassle. The process is extremely accurate, with tolerance measure in microns, and can produce very fine detail and square corners.
Blanking tools, extrusion dies, jig and fixture components can all be made using this process. Our machinery is capable of cutting not only straight profiled cuts, but tapered cuts and cuts with different top and bottom shapes as well.
